I had already professed my undying excitement for the upcoming CG animated reboot of Scooby-Doo here on this blog. Heck, it even made the shortlist for our most anticipated animated films for this year. But the latest trailer for Scoob! got me bouncing off the walls with glee. Not only does reconfirm the movie is beautifully animated and a delight to look at but, it also doubles down on the premise that this movie will be the first entry in a Hanna-Barbera cinematic universe with Blue Falcon and Dyno-Mutt both stealing the spotlight. See them in action (along with another surprise Hanna-Barbera alum we won't spoil) by watching the trailer below:

Let us get this out of the way first. If you booted up your Netflix app, start episode one of Baki expecting an anime with the most mind-blowing plot of all time, prepare to be disappointed. But, prepare for the most entertaining and wildest ride of your life. Baki is downright bat sh*t crazy and dripping with a unique charm that is all its own. The series/manga (Better known as Baki the Grappler) predated Netflix of course, but it has re-surge in popularity with this modern version. So it is not surprising we are getting season 2 and today, we got our first look at it thanks to this new trailer:
As exclusive Blender users, we here at Blue Crescent Studio are the first to champion the successful introduction of Blender 2.80. Its arrival was like a breath of fresh air to our creative process with the rendering engine, Eevee being the highlight. It is so satisfying to have your work rendered in real-time before the project is completed. Other little touch-ups such as the improvements to Cycles and the UI are all extra gravy on an already well-cooked dish. However, as we all know in the world of software development, nothing is perfect. Thus, it was no surprise to see that Blender 2.80 was updated twice since its release with the promise of more to come.
Ahem...*Puts on Tin Foil Hat*....What would you do if on your way back from a family vacation you found the world had been enslaved by technology? No this is not the plot to some bad Google documentary but, the plot of Sony Animation's new animated film Connected. Today, the studio that brought us Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse reveal the first trailer for their latest project that shows us the darker side of technology.
We first made mention of this game with our post about this year's Evolution competition, stating that it was a definitely a looker 'with its anime aesthetics and beautifully animated over the top flashy moves'. Grandblue Fantasy Versus is much more than a pretty face as it also contains all the features you will need in a Triple-A fighting game, including a surprise side-scrolling, beat-'em-up, action RPG story mode. But does it all come together into one fun, beautiful package? Here's the critic review roundup:
Of course, we were being a bit tongue in cheek with the title, but thanks to an IGN exclusive trailer of DC Animations' latest, Justice League Dark: Apokolips War we get to see all of earth's mightiest heroes look to take down their biggest foe. The film will "boasts the largest ensemble of superheroes in the six-year history of DC Universe Movies. The voice cast features dozens of returning characters once again played by the original voice actors". Take a look at the trailer for yourself here below:
