Blue Falcon Steals The Show In The Latest Scoob! Trailer

I had already professed my undying excitement for the upcoming CG animated reboot of Scooby-Doo here on this blog. Heck, it even made the shortlist for our most anticipated animated films for this year. But the latest trailer for Scoob! got me bouncing off the walls with glee. Not only does reconfirm the movie is beautifully animated and a delight to look at but, it also doubles down on the premise that this movie will be the first entry in a Hanna-Barbera cinematic universe with Blue Falcon and Dyno-Mutt both stealing the spotlight. I am really digging this new take on the Mystery Gang as they all seem to be reborn to appeal to a more contemporary audience. A move that has some veteran fans up in arms but a welcome change of pace in my opinion. Furthermore, it is mouthwatering just thinking about how many more special cameos the film could be hiding (Captain Cavemen Please). 

​Scoob! is directed by Scooby-Doo franchise veteran Tony Cervone and is set for release on May 15, 2020.
