So another Halloween has arrived and, you are missing the good ole days of trick a treating, eating yourself sick on 50 pounds of cheap candy. But now you are an adult, and you curse that growing up sucks as you are the one now handing out the cheap candy. You want to relieve your younger years but, a grown 40-year-old dressed as a ninja turtle and knocking on stranger's door may not be the smartest idea. So how about you skip the usual B movie horror marathon that you usually watch, get some popcorn (and maybe your credit card for all the streaming platforms) and kick back watching some awesome cartoons that would put you in the Halloween spirit. Here's what we are binge-watching this Halloween night:

For some time there existed the very distasteful joke of announcing fake celebrities deaths on social media. Sick posters would make a post that mimicked those from official news publication accounts, stating the death of someone famous along with his/her picture. The likes of Jackie Chan, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Eddie Murphy had all been used for this terrible hoax at some point. Another name that constantly appeared was seasoned actor/comedian John Witherspoon, so when the news broke this morning that he has died, I was hoping it was another person's poor attempt on dark humour. Sadly, that was not the case this time.
When Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order was finally revealed at this year's E3, I was less than impressed. The gameplay looked very safe and routine hardly looking like a step up to the previous gen's Star Wars The Force Unleashed. But, you know what? Mamma always said 'never judge a book by its cover' and, thanks to the game's new launch trailer, it seems that once again, she's right.
Let us not forget that October is the month of Halloween so a game all about the spooks and ghouls being releasing after the day just seems right. Luigi Mansion 3 is the third instalment of this weird off beat game starring the green member of that famous plumbing brothers. Nintendo has maintained a steady stream of quality of first party titles since Super Mario Maker 2 back in July and fans hope that LM3 can keep it going. So did it? Here's the review roundup:
If you are a COD fan reading this, you may currently be having a hard time staying awake after being up late on Call of Duty Modern Warfare's launch night slaying noobs online. On the flip-side, if you are a COD fan that only owns Nintendo's latest console...then 'Dawg eat yuh Suppa!' (local Jamaican saying meaning 'you are out of luck') as it's been six long years since one graced the home of the Big N. As such, on Modern Warfare release day and with the Nintendo Switch dragging the Big N back to the forefront of the gaming landscape, I question if Activision is actually making a giant mistake by once again skipping another Nintendo console.
Yep, that ugly word in the gaming industry 'delayed' has rared its head again as both Sony and Ubisoft were bearers of bad news. The Last of Us 2, Watch Dogs Legion, Rainbow Six Quarantine and Gods and Monsters have all been hit with the dreaded 'delayed'.
