 With Illumination Entertainment working on a new Minions and that yet to be revealed Mario film, it would have been easy for their follow up to the surprise hit Sing to get lost in the shuffle. Sing 2 is still on track for a Christmas release, but to keep hype growing, we got a brand new trailer yesterday (a whopping three minutes and thirty-eight second in length trailer) 6 months in advance.

However, Scarlet Nexus still managed to capture the attention of gamers who are looking for a new anime action role-playing game especially with Tales of Arise still some months away.  There is no question that Sony Pictures Animation is on a roll these 2 years after copping two Oscar wins (for 2018’s feature Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and 2019’s short Hair Love). Not resting on their laurels, the studio was already hard at work on a new interesting project called Wish Dragon which sees them, partner, up with China’s Base Animation. With the famous Jackie Chan also having a hand in production, it was indeed a project that piques the curiosity, but does it live up to its potential? During their 'Geek Week', Netflix released the first trailer for its up and coming He-Man animated series, titled Masters of the Universe: Revelation.
