​Another year and another Academy Awards have come and went. And as per usual, our predictions for the winners in both animation categories came up short. Hhmm...What's that? I actually got it right this year? Both Soul and If Anything Happens I Love You won an Oscar? Well, hot diggity damn, I finally got one right!

​When I first laid eyes on Resident Evil Village, I could see right away that she is definitely a looker, and no, I am not talking about the tall lady in white which, the entire internet keeps going gaga over. With the little we have seen about the gameplay so far, there is no question that the game is shaping up well, but after a new trailer was revealed in last night showcase, I firmly on the hype train...IT LOOKS GORGEOUS!

The world today exist in some weird alternative realm. Not only do we continue to struggle for normalcy during a global pandemic, but racial discriminations and other forms of prejudices have come to the fore in a way we have not seen in decades. During all of this, many discussions  about racial diversification and representation in animation were held. Even anime placed was placed under a larger microscope.
