Crunchyroll for some time now has arguably been the number one spot for (legally) watching the very best of the Anime Industry. And come this Saturday, they will place the industry in the spotlight as their annual Anime Awards is once again on deck. Last weekend saw the likes of Toy Story 4 and Hair Love duke it out for arguably the biggest prize in Animation, but now, thanks to Crunchyroll, anime and it's fans get a much deserved day of celebration all to themselves. This year's awards consist of 18 categories with 6 nominees each. Of course, the Anime of the Year Award will be the big prize, but all facets of the industry are given their due with categories such as Best Director, Best Score and Best Voice Performance (both English and Japanese). Our focus will be on the main categories as we list the nominees, share our vote and predict each winner. And we are starting with the biggest prize of the night: anime of the YearDemon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Carole & Tuesday Mob Psycho 100 II O Maidens in Your Savage Season Vinland Saga The Promised Neverland OUR VOTE: Mob Psycho LIKELY WINNER: Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Best animationDemon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Attack on Titan Season 3 Mob Psycho 100 II Sarazanmai Vinland Saga Fate/Grand Order Absolute Demonic Front: Babylonia OUR VOTE: Mob Psycho 100 LIKELY WINNER: Mob Psycho 100 Best ScoreHiroyuki Sawano for Attack on Titan Season 3 Mocky for Carole and Tuesday Go Shiina and Yuki Kajiura for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Tatsuya Kato, Hiroaki Tsutsumi, and YUKI KANESAKA for Dr. STONE Yugo Kanno for JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind Kevin Penkin for The Rising of the Shield Hero OUR VOTE: Hiroyuki Sawano for Attack on Titan Season 3 LIKELY WINNER: Hiroyuki Sawano for Attack on Titan Season 3 Best Character DesignTsunenori Saito, Original Character Design by Eisaku Kubonouchi for Carole and Tuesday Satoshi Iwataki, Original Character Design by Hiroyuki Asada for Dororo Yuko Iwasa for Dr. STONE Yuko Yahiro, Original Character Design by Aka Akasaka for Kaguya-sama: Love is War Kayoko Ishikawa, Original Character Design by Miggy for Sarazanmai Takahiko Abiru, Original Character Design by Makoto Yukimura for VINLAND SAGA OUR VOTE: VINLAND SAGA LIKELY WINNER: Dr. Stone
