DC Animation's new movie Superman: Red Son, tackles this What If redo of the classic Superman origin story. The movie will be n astonishing 38th film in the ongoing the DC Universe Original Movies lineup as DC/WB looks to continue dominating the Superheroes animation genre. Today, via an exclusive trailer on IGN, we got our first look at the film. According to IGN's exclusive report: Superman: Red Son is based on DC's classic 2003 Elseworlds comic by Mark Millar. The story takes place in an alternate reality where the spaceship carrying Kal-El lands in Stalinist Russia instead of the Kents' farm in Kansas, resulting in a Man of Steel who's not so concerned with the American way.
