DC ANIMATION REVEALS A NEW WONDER WOMAN MOVIE

Love DC animated movies but sick of seeing the caped crusader in the starring role? First of all, what's wrong with you? And second, you're in luck as a brand new animated Wonder Woman movie is on the way. Revealed via an exclusive trailer on IGN, Wonder Woman: Bloodlines is coming later this year to Digital. 4K Ultra HD Combo Pack and Blu-ray Combo Pack.  

The official plot synopsis:
"In Wonder Woman: Bloodlines, Amazon princess Diana of Themyscira chooses to save fighter pilot Steve Trevor and return him to his home in America – setting in motion one of Wonder Woman’s most captivating chapters. Fulfilling the role of both ambassador as well as protector, Diana soon earns the name Wonder Woman from the gracious people of Earth.

Equally strong in body, heart and will, she makes it her mission to help a troubled young girl enlisted by a deadly organization known as Villainy, Inc., whose criminal members have their sights set on invading Themyscira, Diana’s paradise home. Prepare for a thrilling quest packed with brutal battles, mysterious mythology and endless wonder!"

​As for the casting of Wonder Woman herself, Rosario Dawson once again reprises her role. The exact release date for the movie wasn't revealed in the trailer (an October date is floating around) but here's hoping it sticks to its promised 2019 release.
