NEWS: FIRST REVEAL FOR DC ANIMATIONS' NEW MOVIE..JUSTICE LEAGUE VS THE FATAL FIVE

Fresh off their their latest animated release REIGN OF THE SUPERMEN, DC AND WB ANIMATIONS reveal via an IGN exclusive their next big movie JUSTICE LEAGUE VS THE FATAL FIVE. Immediately fans will pick up that the animation is similar to that of the original Justice League animated TV series and for good reason as DC legend Bruce Timm is the Executive Producer along with Sam Register. As for the plot our heroes face dangerous new foes from the future as the fate of the world once again hangs in the balance. The official plot synopsis reads:
"finds the Earth’s future hanging in the balance when the Justice League faces a powerful new threat – the Fatal Five. Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman seek answers as the time-traveling trio of Mano, Persuader and Tharok terrorize Metropolis in search of budding Green Lantern, Jessica Cruz – whom they need to free remaining Fatal Five members Emerald Empress and Validus in order to carry out their sinister plan. But the Justice League discovers an ally from another time in the peculiar Star Boy – brimming with volatile power, could he be the key to thwarting the Fatal Five? An epic battle against ultimate evil awaits!"

The reveal also gave us information about the cast with Kevin Conroy reprising his role as Batman the highlight. However, an official release date was sadly missing from this reveal with a vague 2019 release promised. With DC needing to eyes to its new streaming platform we may be on the cusp of seeing their very best as well as fresh new story lines in the DC universe and we can't wait.
