Resident Evil 8 is looking spiffy

​There is no question that Resident Evil Village (RE8) would be near the top of most people's 2021 most anticipated list. However, we have only seen snippets of gameplay here and there since its first reveal so, news of RE8 showcase was very much welcomed. During the roughly 75 minutes runtime, we saw new story bits, got a release date, got a first look at the new multiplayer and most importantly, new gameplay.  

Watching the gameplay instantly took me back to my days of fending off the Los Iluminados in RE4. And even though I prefer the over the shoulder gameplay of the remakes, I am still excited for this entry.  

A Resident Evil Village demo is now available for PS5 owners, and the full game releases this May 7 on both Next-Gen and Current-Gen Consoles.
