This past weekend was the annual hosting of the Tokyo Game Show (albeit an online version), and while it was a little too light on new game announcements for my liking, we did get a surprise announcement of a new CG Resident Evil series coming to Netflix. Titled Resident Evil Infinite Darkness, the show will feature series favourites Leon S Kennedy and Claire Redfield as its lead characters. Titled Resident Evil Infinite Darkness, the show will feature series favourites Leon S Kennedy and Claire Redfield as its lead characters. However, we are still left in the dark when it comes to the actual story at the moment. Looking at the revealed artwork, it doesn't seem like a rethreading of the RE2 storyline as both Leon and Claire are sporting some new spiffy clothing. With Netflix's excellent handling of the Castlevania IP and the pleasing early looks of Dragons Dogma, more video game shows coming to the streaming service is very much welcome news. Resident Evil Infinite Darkness will be available worldwide on Netflix in 2021. -YOU MAY ALSO BE INTERESTED IN:
