When I first laid eyes on Resident Evil Village, I could see right away that she is definitely a looker, and no, I am not talking about the tall lady in white which, the entire internet keeps going gaga over. With the little we have seen about the gameplay so far, there is no question that the game is shaping up well, but after a new trailer was revealed in last night showcase, I firmly on the hype train...IT LOOKS GORGEOUS! The trailer was all about protagonist Ethan Winters who returns from his leading role in RE7. This time around, Ethan is searching for his baby daughter who was seemingly kidnapped by Chris Redfield. His rescue mission takes him to a village overrun by werewolves and vampires while the average citizens are hiding or trying to avoid capture. Resident Evil Village definitely seems to be keeping with the more supernatural theme this time around though considering Umbrella’s involvement somehow, you know there’s some biochemical component to it as well. Capcom didn't stop there with handing out goodies as they also revealed the dates for the first series of multiplatform demos for Resident Evil Village. PlayStation owners will have early access to the demo, but the village and castle portions will be separated into two days. Also, even though Capcom is calling the early access “8 Hours In Village” players will be limited to 30-minute playtimes. The 8 hours refers to the window where players can download and play the demo.
Here are the Early Access PlayStation Dates: Village Demo:
Castle Demo:
Here's the times for everyone else:
Resident Evil Village releases this May 7, 2021.
