If been reading this blog long enough, you may have realized I was a nineties kid and adored the classic Nickelodeon/Disney/Cartoon Network shows of that era. One of my favourite with a shadow of a doubt was Rugrats, as the diaper adventures of Tommy, Phil, Lil and Chuckie were a must-watch whenever it was tv. Hell, I even enjoyed the spin-off 'All Grown up'. So naturally, news of a modern reboot got me excited as well, scared of the likelihood it will be a disaster. No idea on that front yet, but here's a brand new trailer to give us an idea on where this is going: Nickelodeon’s new Rugrats series will debut on Paramount+ beginning on May 27th. The first set of episodes will be available to stream at once, with more episodes rolling out at a later date, according to Nickelodeon. The first episode, “Second Time Around,” is a one hour premiere. It features Tommy leading “the babies on a daring adventure to help Chuckie after his big attempt to be brave goes horribly wrong,” according to the company. Yeah honestly, not digging the new CG look just yet but the return of majority of the original voice cast is a huge plus so I will give it a try. -YOU MAY ALSO BE INTERESTED IN
