New Season of Mental Chung's Duttybwoy' made Weekend PREMIERE

With there being a major push to support black content creators, and the black community as a whole on various social media platforms, we, of course, could not have forgotten about yaad. Jamaican content creator Mental Chung, is once again back in the spotlight, this time thanks to the premiere of a new season of his famed DuttyBwoy animated series. DuttyBwoy Lead episode 1 debut this past Friday, and once again, reintroduced fans to a unique slapstick comedy with a dash of Jamaican flavour. ​

"Dutty Bwoy is Jamaican animated series based on the Jamaican Dancehall and music culture. It centers around three main characters; Strap Don, Wanga & G Swag with regualar cameos from popular Dancehall artistes"

I have been on record stating my massive respect for Mental Chung's work and happy to see he continued his work in animation despite his continued rise to fame in the music industry. It was also pleasing to see that he took the criticism of his last DuttyBwoy episode to heart to produce new one that was more in line with what his fans wanted.

​After their 'Versus' battle, I am just hoping we get another DuttyBwoy bounty Killer vs Beenie man battle.
