Mental Chung's 'Duttybwoy' Animated Series is Back

Seven years since its last episode, popular Jamaican animated web series, 'DuttyBwoy', is finally making a return. Mental Chung, the series creator, posted the first episode of the 2019 version on his Youtube channel which once again centres around influential Jamaican Dancehall artiste, Vybz Kartel. New to the series? Here's the first episode:

"Dutty Bwoy is Jamaican animated series based on the Jamaican Dancehall and music culture. It centers around three main characters; Strap Don, Wanga & G Swag with regualar cameos from popular Dancehall artistes"

I have massive respect for the work done by Mental Chung in the local animation community. To think that the 'DuttyBwoy' series first debut in 2011 when Jamaican animation was a tenth of what it is today means his achievements deserves more attention.
