Mortal Kombat Latest Animated Film Gets First Trailer

Ironically, on the same day we released our very own Mortal Kombat inspired animation, WB Animations (you know...those that are much better at creating MK animated content) revealed a brand new trailer for there latest film in the Mortal Kombat Legends series. ​The first trailer for Mortal Kombat Legends: Snow Blind can be seen below courtesy of Warner Bros. Entertainment. It stars Manny Jacinto as Kenshi, the fighter who's seen both before and after he loses his vision which was one of the key characteristics of the character in the games.

STORY SYSNOPSIS
'Kano is hellbent on taking over Earthrealm, viciously attacking town after town with the aid of three cold-blooded Black Dragon mercenaries. Those who don't submit are annihilated. One young man won't bend the knee to Kano: Kenshi. Cocky and undisciplined, Kenshi loses both his eyesight and his confidence after Kano and his clan attack him. Kenshi then comes under the tutelage of Kuai Liang, now retired and reluctant to train Kenshi - but also the only fighter powerful enough to challenge Kano. Along the way, Kenshi rediscovers the hope he had lost and a possible path to redemption ... but will that be enough to stop Kano and save Earthrealm?'

I watched the two previous films in this series, and despite not having the greatest art style or plot pacing, they where still decent films for the MK diehards. Here's hoping Snow Blind brings it all together.
