2020 promises a lot in the world of gaming as both Sony and Microsoft are preparing their next-generation consoles for launch. We know at this point that the PS5 and Xbox Series X are coming this but what we don't know (apart from how much these puppies will cost us) is the games for each consoles' launch window. So far we got the likes of Halo Infinite, Godfall, a couple of Ubisoft games and Hellblade II: Senua's Saga confirmed. And now, you can add Square Enix's Outriders to the list. Outriders is a new "dark, modern shooter" as described by People Can Fly, the developers behind Gears of War: Judgment and Bulletstorm. It will be a co-op shooter for one to three players, and was first slated for a Xbox One, PS4 and PC release this summer. However, clearly the folks at Square had different plans as the game is now expected to arrive in the fall and will also be coming to the next generation. Yep...this is what is most exciting about this year as the next generation inches closer, expect more fun announcements such as this. If you yearning for more info on Outriders, there will be a special gameplay live stream taking place on Thursday. You can click here to watch it all. -YOU MAY ALSO BE INTERESTED IN
