First of all, I have to get this off my chest. Kirby sucks! He really does! Now that I have gotten that overused pun out of the way let's gobble up the real meat of the matter. The Kirby series has been one of Nintendo's most cherished IPs, with all of the Big N's consoles hosting at least one game featuring the cute pink balloon with feet. However, fans haven't seen him move about in three dimensions since Kirby 64, so we are long overdue for such an adventure. In step this year's Kirby and the Forgotten Land, but does it prove Kirby can strive in 3D? Here's the review roundup:
Yeah...Yeah...I know I have been gushing over all things Pixar lately, but believe it or not, I am almost as big of a fan of their eternal rivals Dreamworks. The only problem is the last set of movies (the likes of Trolls: World Tour and The Croods: A New Age especially) left a lot to be desired. For a very long time, the Gran Turismo series was king, but in the last decade or so, its crown had been challenged (and in some people eyes even eclipsed it) by the emergence of the Forza series. Now, with the seventh entry in the series, Gran Turismo is hoping to once again finish in pole position, but did they succeed? Here's the review roundup:
When the writer of acclaim tv series Game of Thrones and the developers of the acclaim game series Dark Souls decide to team for a new game...you bet your ass it will be on many people radars. Elden Ring is an action role-playing game played in a third-person perspective and features elements similar to those found in its predecessors, the Souls series as well as Bloodborne and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, but how does it fare in comparison? Here's the review roundup:
Wildly considered as a Game of the Year contender, to say that Horizon Forbidden West is highly anticipated would be an understatement. As the sequel to the critical darling Zero Dawn, gamers this time will explore the mysterious frontier known as the Forbidden West, a post-apocalyptic version of the western United States. So, is this journey and sequel worth embarking on? Here's the review roundup:
