When I first laid eyes on Resident Evil Village, I could see right away that she is definitely a looker, and no, I am not talking about the tall lady in white which, the entire internet keeps going gaga over. With the little we have seen about the gameplay so far, there is no question that the game is shaping up well, but after a new trailer was revealed in last night showcase, I firmly on the hype train...IT LOOKS GORGEOUS!
Just like 'Souls-like', 'Rouglike' and 'Battle Royals' games, 'Looter Shooters' is the new sub-genre games people just can't get enough of. And, despite the colossal failure of EA's Anthem, Square Enix is entering the fray with one of their very own in the likes of Outriders. So did they knock it out of the park? Josef Fares, It Takes Two director, made some ways in the industry in the past not only for his excellent game A Way Out but mainly for his outspoken personality. Now he is at it again with this latest game, and like A Way Out, Hazelight's debut title, It Takes Two, has no single-player option: it is only playable in either online or local split-screen co-op between two players. Arguably the monster release for March is the latest in Capcom's hit series Monster Hunter. Monster Hunter Rise is an upcoming action role-playing game developed and published by Capcom for the Nintendo Switch.
